I’m disappointed with customer service

I marked it to be held by the post office because of heat wave but it was delivered to my door anyway and because of the heat many passed. I emailed customer service and they asked for proof which I sent in and then I never heard anything back. No offers to help me or replace anything

Great packaging/fast shipping. Would definitely recommend.

Shipping got delayed a few days but the colony showed up and was in good shape!
