Poor customer service
When I ordered the emu oil one of the other items in the shipment was damaged/broken beyond use. I emailed Sunrise Botanics right away but over a week later nobody has gotten back to me. How can I leave a good review for this product when there is an outstanding issue? Wish I could give a better review but as a repeat customer I feel ignored and a bit disrespected right now.
