Poor Customer Service

I have ordered several things from this company and I was trying to sort out an issue with the shipment. I have contacted the customer service of Sunrise Botanics several times regarding, left voice messages and sent an e-mail with no response from their side. Is it a company policy to simply ignore customers and not to solve problems that occurred? I will be returning part of the order and I’m expecting my money back!
