I think the block Blue Lights are great! I have the globes and the night lights, I just need to get three more globes 2-3 night lights and my unit is fitted throughout, plus I still need the day and night and glasses. I sleep much better, and with less strain on my eyes. Very pleased with my purchase

I expected the light that can be used in the evening but its very small and not practical at all .

This lovely little lamp has really boosted my sleep. I am impressed and will aim to have them all over the home.
