I live in New York so I went to the store to see the hats in person and try them on. I loved the Hampton hat which was in stock , but it was too big , so the sales person offered to fit me and have the hat adjusted. The hat was delivered in a beautiful and practical hat carrier by messenger, and when tried on, it fit perfectly. Really their hats are so beautiful and cool . the place is like a mini gallery. If you can't go there, the website is beautifully shot and I am sure a call there will give you that much more info... as they are very nice and very helpful. It is WORTH buying some from WORTH and WORTH.
