My order was delayed with USPS. I received an e-mail from Monica asking about the order...when I told her I had yet to receive my seeds after 9 days, she immediately sent out another shipment. They even emailed me a prepaid return label in case the original order ever came. I received both orders and was able to return the second shipment. They even reimbursed my shipping costs! Great customer support...I will definitely order again!!

Perhaps my problem. I thought with the photos my seed and bulb order would include the plastic red and clear containers. The order contained plant pods, seeds and instructions. Had I known this was a minimalist order I would have shopped locally, easy enough to buy seeds and pods. Also, the garlic, by enclosed instructions is out of season for planting. Yes, I did email the company and advise the above. Especially, disappointed since my 2nd order was a gift for my niece.
