I have made several purchases from American Hat Makers and all of them have turned out to be excellent quality products as well as excellent customer service. You have a customer for life.

Before ordering my Cabana hat and chinstrap, I did some research. The website didn't say much, so after reading the reviews, I assumed they would install the strap for me, since they were the only two items in the order, or at the very least provide instructions on how to install it as the reviewers said they did for them. It wasn't installed, the strap wasn't in a bag or any packaging, and there were no instructions or anything for it. Extremely disappointed.

5 hats, and a great hat rack!

I ordered 5 hats for Christmas Gifts and He LOVED them! Then, We decided to order a hat rack and We are thrilled with it! It looks like a showpiece in His home office!
