I ordered the case for my wife and showed her on the website. She said she liked it but wanted the name Palmer on the case instead of Shaquana. I sent an email request to change the name, when I initially ordered. Despite that she is not happy with the look of the case because it does not look as it does on the site. Need to know what I can do to return and order a different case
