Exceptional custom cover

I have ordered and received 7 phone covers from LuxAddiction and this was my first custom order. It exceeded my expectations. I asked for a design similar to the Husky dog design but with a Boxer face instead of a Husky. The result was exceptional. The designer exceeded my expectations, and the premium cost was worth every penny for this very special Christmas gift.

I sent a photo of what I wanted and they did a spectacular job. I have ordered many of their items and been happy with them all but this was my first custom and it was worth it!

Design fine, execution not great.

I received this case 4 days ago and started using it immediately. Sadly I lost 2-3 crystals each day and ran out of repair crystals. I have several custom cases that have not done this so quickly (obviously over time the crystals here and there will fall off, but in my experience it has not happened right away and so frequently). When I contacted customer service they said that "maybe my phone was overheating and causing the glue to loosen”. I then responded that I didn’t think I should have to repair this item everyday, nor did I want to. The response was this: "greatly appreciate you letting me know, and please keep me posted if crystals continue falling” and that they would send me more crystals for repairing it. I have stopped using the case as it looks awful if I do not repair it each day (and my phone is not overheating btw). Too bad this was their resolution, I have ordered many of these cases in the past and probably won’t do so going forward. I gave 2 stars because I was pleased that they actually responded to me in a timely manner…so I guess that is something!
