I am a staunch user of 24 K Retionol line; but when I read the comment another Prai user made, that she had found the "Holy Graille", I said "I must try it". So as I was waiting for my little Prai box to arrive, I was looking around in my arsenal and low and behold, I already had some of what I had ordered. So I tried it and it is not the Holy Graille for me. So my question is, is it returnable (I have never returned anything); the packaging slip that came in the box is dated 10/29/21. Excellent brand

I have been using Prai’ s skincare line for over five years. Prior to that I had been on a merry go round of many other brands.I was never completely satisfied with any of them. Prai’s line of serums, creams, anti aging , and neck treatments, have been what I have found to have transformed my skin, and I cannot imagine ever switching! A portion of the profits go to animal organizations, which the owner, Cathy Kangas is passionate about,,as I am. They are a win win!
