They were packed so tightly in a shipping envelope that each one had to be ironed before embroidering. They were so sheer and flimsy that you could read the tag from outside the bag. They were shipped from a Totebagfactory supplier, Port Authority. This supplier did not live up to my previous great experience with Totebagfactory products.

I ordered my bags on Thursday and paid for two day shipping. The bags did not arrive until the following Wednesday. I needed them for a convention that started on Monday.. I would like my money back and will gladly send the bags back
