Great buying experience

I had originally ordered the 68" version of this towel warmer for a new space. When the bathroom ceiling turned out to be lower than expected, I realized that we needed a small model. Even though we were slightly beyond our 30-day return window, Michael was exceptionally accommodating. I was able to return the unopened 68" model to Artos for a full refund and, in the meantime, ordered this 44" model. It has now been installed and looks terrific. We haven't moved into the new place yet, so I can't comment on how the warmer functions. But it seems like a good choice for us. An eye-level programmable controller is so much more appealing than the low-to-the-floor on-off switch that we have on our old Myson towel warmer. The Artos Denby is more affordable than the comparably Myson model, and Michael's prices are very competitive. If you're looking for a towel warmer, this is the place to find it.

The ordering was really only a small part of why I was happy to order with your company. I had a towel warmer that I had ordered online about 1 1/2 years ago and it quit working. My electrician could fine no reason that it quit but electricity was going to it and it just stopped. The company said they only had a 1 year warranty and it would not be covered. I went with your company because you have a 5 year warranty and this was an important factor for me. I have not had it installed yet, but will be shortly. I love having a towel warmer and have converted people to use them so I do hope that I have better luck with the Artos and even if it is a limited warranty, it does give me hope in your company.
