I never wrestled before, but I want my children to. I purchased Henry Cejudo’s wrestling for dummies and then Fanatic Wrestling found me. This database of wrestling instruction is just what I’ve been missing. I recommend it to those that want hundreds of dollars in training, at a fraction of the price. I love the discounts they give as well.

An inspiring series with moves that you know will work at the highest level. My biggest takeaways were to think of a high crotch like a double leg--this made my high crotch more explosive and to understand the importance of the trail leg in takedowns.
