Itchy and cheap texture.

Lovely wool, colour and design. I contacted their Customer Service about the wrong proportional length of the sleeves. I did not receive a reply which is disappointing. I had to pay an additional $120 for an alterations service to take off 9.5cm off each sleeve. I bought a size XL. I would have preferred to pay a little more for the jacket to be lined.
