Merkur 23C Flat Bar Long Handle Safety Razor

Great Razor!

Thanks to Geo for his videos. Tried this and gave clean shave in 3 passes. Recommend this to all beginners out there. The Merkur blade that came with it also was good.

Great everyday razor

Razor is very comfortable in the hand. Nice weight and nice finish. Not very aggressive, but awesome for everyday shaves.

I like it a lot

Been using the Merkur 23c for a while and am glad I switched from the Trac II razor and can shave cream, which I have been using for 40+ years. I haven’t been happy with my shave lately so I started watching some shaving videos, (Shave Nation included) and I realized that I was not doing several things correctly to get a good shave. I purchased the Mercury 23c razor, blades, shave brush, Proraso shave cream from Shave Nation. Everything was packaged well and here quickly. I get a better shave now. The razor is better, the Proraso shave cream is more slick than the cans of shaving cream. The shaving brush works well. Glad I made the switch. A+ for Shave Nation and glad to help a small business.
