The Merc 34C

I have been wet shaving for over 50 years. My first razor was a safty razor but after I cut my face up soo many times, I stooped using a safty razor and started using something new at the time, it was a bic shaver. I have been using cartridge shavers ever since. After viewing Geo fatboy video's I decided to try a safty razor again. OMG this little Merc 34C is fantastic, it's the closest shave I have had since I was a young man. Thank you Geo, good luck with the business you have great products. PS: love the video's.

The shave is quite mild, smooth, but not quite like a Henson AL-13. A great no-fuss razor that I don't have to worry about when I travel. However, the manufacturing tolerances leaves a bit to be desired, with some jagged bits around the head but nothing in where it really matters thankfully, and the post mounting system just feels like there's a bit of play between the cap and the guard.
