I was taken aback by the quality of this chain. It's sturdy, shiny, and well made. My only issue was the 16 in was too small for my 5 year old's neck. I had to exchange for the 18 in. Will be purchasing again!

Amazing no-hassle customer service

I have been seeing this brand everywhere from the jewelry store, to social media and even a few friends of mine own pieces. I wanted to buy something for my boys of quality, but nothing that would break the bank. Once I received the chains, I realized one was perfect for my youngest, but my six-year-old needed a longer length. After sending my dilemma to the customer service email, I was addressed immediately and so kindly by Sofia and Issa; the issue was resolved the same day. I was able to setup an exchange for the chain and just drop off the return at my nearest post office; label taken care of.

When your children are young, you don’t want to put real jewelry on them that they can lose. This chain looks and feels heavy like real gold. The quality is amazing and my son loves it! The clasp is also very strong. Highly recommend!
