So my gauge is 5/8, I love the tunnels, my fear was the "scales" on the inside would come out, but if a few weeks constant wear, everything has stayed strong. Only Con is they keep slipping out of my ear due to it being a double flare, which is the nature of the beast. They are comfortable under my over ear headphones and for sleep. Not Heavy at all love them :)
