I was initially concerned because this batch was a different color and texture than the last but I contacted the seller and they have assured me that this batch is quite fresh. The last bag was perforated when I received it so I think it was oxidized.

Great product at a great price. The bag was perforated but the product seemed unaffected and I just transferred it to another bag.
