Organic Masa!
Finally someone did it right! I have been searching hard for good organic masa for homemade tortillas. This masa in non gmo and organic. It's milled correctly and the tortillas puff up like they should when making the tortillas. The flavor is that authentic corn flavor and the masa is easy to work with.

The best flour..
I love this corn flour to make my tortillas. I tried other brands but when kneading the dough, it always feels lumpy and the tortillas come out hard. I like the quality of Masa Harina because it’s very fine and ease to handle and at the end I get soft tortillas with a delicious flavor. I have never received a rancid or rotten flour. It always tastes fresh and unique.
