BOTE Made it Right
I purchased the BOTE wheel rack my 12' Rackham paddle board. The lengthy haul from vehicle to beach was bit much to carry the board and gear all by hand. The Wheelrack inserts easily in the pre engineered holes provided in the board. Also, the large diameter wheels make it a breeze to pull over the sandy terrain loaded with my dive or fishing gear.

Came missing the pins required to fasten the wheels. I reached out to customer service the same day it was delivered. They told me replacement pins are unavailable and i should go to home depot. They claimed they would reimburse me $36 dollars. 2 and a half weeks later and that reimbursement has not arrived. When you spend $170+ for a proprietary accessory to a SUP and you’ve invested over $2k to said company, this is absurd.
