Amazing support in dropping day naps!

Mary was an absolute wealth of knowledge! Our toddler is in the process of dropping her nap, which has been impacting her night sleeps (split nights or extremely early wake ups). Mary made multiple suggestions for how we could tackle it. The game changer has definitely been the sleep clock - Evie has really taken to the red/green lights for sleep and wake up times.
