Wsm 18 hanging ring

I’ve purchased a lot of stuff from here and have been very pleased with the quality of each purchase, except this one. The hanger fell into the fire pitt 3 times, and the top tri leg piece on top is not secure at tall and slides around too much when pulling meat off of it. Im disappointed, however still will recommend your other products. This one is a dud. Need to go back to drawing board. They offered no return either. Im stuck with it. Kind of a turn off for me now as a customer.
