Heirloom Yogurt Starter Culture

This came with four types of cultures I wish the different types of cultures were labeled

The heirloom yogurt cultures are very good and performs as advertised.

The heirloom yogurt starters were good. Slower to act than I expected but did activate and the subsequent yogurt has been a nice surprise. The one issue is that, although the pamphlet listed the different varieties of starter, the individual starter packages were not labeled. So, I don’t know which starters I would need to reorder should the need arise.
