Enjoying the ability to make my own sourdough bread again!!

So far, so good....I will try baking bread tomorrow as it appears my starter is ready!!

The starter is activated and seems to be thriving. I've made one loaf of bread so far. The bread is moist and very tasty with a little tang. Probably needs to ferment longer and rise a little more. Back to the drawing board, eh?
