Colombia - Rainforest Alliance

Order was mishandled from the jumps. I Sent numerous emails and received zero responses. Finally, a response from the owner saying the order would be comped. I once again followed up and have heard nothing. I did receive the coffee and it’s fine, but the customer service and communication is far from good.

I bought this for my son- in- law. When he saw it was Proof, he said, "Oh that's great coffee. I know that name." The next morning my daughter told me that their house smelled so good when she woke up. He made her a cup to go and when she got into my car, she told me it was delicious! I loved the idea of buying locally (Jersey girl) and the fact that their was a personalized note from the founder inside when it arrived. Will buy again.

The beans were oily. The coffee is okay. I prob won’t reorder this variety.
