My first unit worked well for about 3 years then it stopped working. The ozone plate stopped making ozone. Airthereal sent me another one. They wanted a bunch of videos of the unit which I feel is unreasonable. They finally sent another unit under warranty which is working for now. I'll know if it is any count if this one works after 3 years. I don't use it real often (maybe 20-40 hours per year), so a decent quality unit should hold up for far more than 3 years considering the plate is supposed to last like 10,000 hours. That should be the only replaceable component, other than the el-cheapo plastic feet which all dry rotted in less than 2 years. A good company would work on that. Even in this day and age. We'll see how it holds up for the net few years. They do put out a good amount of ozone when they work.
