When I went to plant the tree, it was dead. I contacted the company and they had me check for any life… the tree was only alive 5” up front the roots. They wouldn’t give me a refund or replacement because I didn’t pay for the guarantee. However, I didn’t expect to need to pay for a guarantee that the tree would arrive fully alive. Apparently, when they say 5’, they really mean 5”.
