I purchased a stainless fountain through them. Unfortunately it got damaged in shipping. From the look of the package, this was obviously a shipping issue not caused by how it was packaged. Marquis was wonderful to deal with in the process. They were quick to follow up, get a claim filled with the shipping company and they sent me a replacement fountain immediately. I have been very happy with the look and quality of my fountain. I would definitely order from them again.
