Product seem to work fine but received UPS demand for money!

So I used product and it seemed to worked fine. Now four days later I received a letter from UPS demanding $7.00 for “Brokerage fees”. As if the product wasn’t expensive enough already. I would have ordered it elsewhere if I knew there were additional fees going to be added on.
