Wood fired brick oven

It took a little while for the oven to arrive, but correspondence and updates with the company was excellent. Always returned calls in a timely manner and was always very polite. Oven arrived with some cosmetic damage. Not the company's fault, but the shipper. They were very quick to send out materials for repair and made additional amends to make me, the customer, happy. As far as the oven, it is definitely "old school". It has a lot of character and everyone loves it. I'm just completing the break-in period, so I haven't cooked in it yet - but it holds heat very well. First pizza coming soon! I would recommend this company for its customer service and its killer old school ovens.
