Beatrice Doll Dress

This is an adorable dress and fits my American Doll perfectly. I’m an experienced sewer but this pattern was somewhat challenging for me. The main challenge was figuring out the burrito method for turning the top through the shoulders. I first made a practice dress and decided that for my next version I would use a lighter fabric to line the collar and also make the armhole seams slightly smaller in order to make more room for turning. That worked well. Ended up with two lovely dresses. The second one made of kitty fabric is especially charming.
