Supplier needs accountability

The WatereStore staff is excellent and took care of my missing part needs quickly, but their supplier needs better accountability. My order that was shipped direct had missing parts, and neither softner nor filter had any paperwork, not directions or warranty or scan code to help me find paperwork. I’m thankful for the videos that follow-up emails from the WatereStore pointed me to.

The transaction was seamless. Customer Service was helpful during the purchase and the delivery was in time. My plumber installed the system and we love it!
