Can I double that to 10 STARS?! I placed 2 orders in the same week. I had some questions and used the online chat. They are really fast a responding back. My order even shipped the same day! I ordered 5-0 Dubia roaches in the first order. When I received the shipment it there were 2 additional containers in the box. This is my first bearded dragon so all of this is new to me. One container had the roaches, the other two had large blue worms in them (Hornworms). That was not what I ordered so I sent a chat asking about it. THEY SAID IT WAS JUST A FREEBIE! Seriously?!? No one does that anymore! They weren’t stingy with them either. So, fast forward a week and I found myself in Petsmart in desperate need of small crickets. While I was waiting I noticed they sell hornworms…for $7.99/worm! 😳 So using that price to calculate my “freebie” they basically they sent me a couple hundred dollars in hornworms! So, in my experienced and most honest opinion…these guys are killing it at the customer service game! I won’t shop anywhere else. Oh and the plants and other goodies I ordered in my second order were great quality. I am still surprised at the quality of products and costumer service of this company. Just order from them, you won’t regret it!
