It is EXCELLENT!!

I thought I was ordering the 2 dvd's for chair workouts for seniors. They have over 16 exercises. I now have 2 dvd's of the same. I will have to order the other's at a different time. I do Love the exercise program tho! Thank you, Lyn Carrigan (Lynette)

Very Good Instructions

As an avowed couch potato at 78, I’m having trouble motivating myself to actually use the DVD. I’ve only made it through the first two sessions. I liked the first one a lot, but couldn’t make it through the entire second one due to painful knees. I’ll keep plugging away, though. I know I need to do this.
