Cancelled order then sent wrong item

I usually have great service but this time was bad. My order was cancelled because the vendor could not fulfill the order. No problem. They honored the sale coupon for a subsequent order which was great. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item. I ordered roasted and they sent unroasted. Will try them out again. Hopefully things will be back in place after the holidays or I’ll be forced to find another source. I’ve had problems contacting them on the messenger and WhatsApp so it’s best to call them directly.
