Ordering online can be risky as you cannot really see and feel the rug that you are buying. However, this end-to-end customer journey has outweighed all of my concerns and expectations. I am very impressed by the sincere customer services (thank you James) and the swift delivery directly from India. The packaging was nice and protective, and it arrived in perfect condition. The rug is absolutely beautiful and it looks exactly as shown on the website. I would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.
