This was my first order so was initially a little concerned about the complete virtual side of things as there aren’t actual materials to touch, feel or see. Only just photo references. I deal with contract commercial work and not domestic, residential use so have to ensure what gets specified is right for clients as it is not for personal use. After a few calls to enquire, I was given a suited contact person that provided reassurance during the process. Am pleased with how smooth the process from ordering and delivering was. It would be even better to have a reminder notification of order status before it gets dispatched out of factory. There is a dispatch order no. Which you can track once goods are dispatched but be nice to get an update status in the interim so you know it’s completed and just need to courier out - so an update can be given to client.
