Even if it wasn't lo-carb, this pasta is tasty. Texture is good, no aftertaste, cooks like regular fattening pasta. If you are missing pasta like I was doing Keto, this is a really good substitute. Portion control still applies though!

I have purchased this pasta over and over! I make it with homemade cheese sauce for the best low carb macaroni and cheese!! My husband and 11 year old daughter go crazy for it. I've been on keto/low carb for a few years and this is definitely a must for your pasta cravings. Best substitute, nice texture, great taste.

It’s nice to have pasta back in my diet. The texture is a little different, but once I got use to it, I love it. ThinSlim now will always be in my diet.
