Disappointed

This jewelry was tiny. The ball that unscrews from the jewelry was so small when it dropped it was lost. I have ordered from fresh trends before and been very happy but this time it was not the same. The picture makes the jewelry much larger than actual product. I would have gladly paid more to get a reasonable sized product. I was going to try and order a larger replacement ball but I was told I had to send back the earring. All communication was through email so I decided to write this off as live and learn. I did not want to go through the trouble of reordering and still getting the wrong thing. Too bad because my original purchases a few years ago was perfect…
