They are not the regular buns but they great! I had a regular hamburger on a bun. This is a huge deal when I crave the burger. I so wish they would have the products in a resealable package.

So happy I found the 0 carb bread. Not much of a sandwich eater, but do like toast with peanut better. The bread helps me stay on track with my weight loss (keto) program.

In two words, so good! Haven't had bread in years! Learning to live without it was very hard but learning to live with it is so easy! Great taste! So good!
