I tried several times to reach out to this company. No one answers the phone number and emails go unanswered. I tried to adjust the order prior to shipping. I reached out within minutes of placing the order and received no response. I was sent an item I can't use and want to return it and NO ONE will answer me. I am about to call my bank and have them reverse the charge. This is bad business!!!

Literally have tried so many and this one by far is my favorite! I didn’t think I could get it on myself but I was able to do it! I love the opening to potty I just have to be real careful with the zipper lol
