Cooling Dog Mat

Wrong item sent

I ordered a cooling mat and bandana. Unfortunately the cooling mat colour I wanted was unavailable, but they did let me know in advance (although after my order had gone through) and I agreed to another colour. However, when the order arrived it was also a different colour bandana to the one I had ordered. I have emailed twice to ask if I can exchange but haven’t heard anything back. The products seem good quality but they aren’t cheap so I would ideally like to receive what I actually ordered.

Dog cooling mat

Very excited for the hot weather to come now! The mat looks great, is compact & is made from very High quality materials. Can just see us on the beach, popping it down under a sun shade to keep our boy cool. The carrying strap is great too & the elastic makes it super quick & easy to unroll/put away. Thanks for an ace product !! X
