I bought this light for a home defense shotgun build (A300 Ultima Patrol) and it is precisely what I was looking for. Light profile is perfect for indoors, and does not blind you from wall reflection like some of my other "hotter" heads. It would still absolutely blind anyone on the business end however which is what you want. The light floods marvelously and lights up a room like you flipped a switch with no hot spot or irregularities in the beam at all. Very crisp. I paired it with an Arisaka 300 body on their M-LOK inline mount and a surefire tape switch and its rocking and rolling. Extremely pleased.
