The two I've bought are exactly as advertised and both bolts for each plate aswell as the plates themselves are all there, unfortunately I can't install them yet being that my pair valve connects directly to my vacuum fuel pump. Until I convert my entire system to DC and get the delete kit these will sit in a box with the brand new genuine Honda GET fuel pump and filter.
