It is a great little sleep machine that works great. Very lightweight and fits snug on the thumb . Easy to use and I would recommend again. It vibrates lightly if Oxygen Sat goes below 90 and arouses you enough to deep breathe. Easy to sync with app to get results.

The product design could use an overhaul 1) There is no adjustability to the ring size. 2) The ring is too narrow which causes excessive pressure. Using a wider ring or strap would be more comfortable. 3) The vibration is not strong enough to wake someone in deep sleep. 4) It's missing heart anomoly tracing and alerts and this feature is only found in their other more expensive smart ring 5) There are too many offerings in the same category. Give us one product to rule them all.
