Excellent Service

Good quality for the price

I haven’t used the suitcase yet but it appears to be of good build quality. Wheels spin silently and freely in a way my old cheap suitcase did not. Suitcase glides across the floor easily. Zippers work well. Handle moves up and down easily with two height settings that seem appropriate. Handle does not jiggle/wobble much. It feels relatively sturdy. Overall the quality feels good for the price and fully meets my expectations.
