The nameplate was technically well-made, and the information was correct. However, it was not the same as the one displayed on the website (or above this review). It contained an extra fourth line with a decorative design I did not want. I called customer service. The person said someone would get back to me soon, but they never did. I sent two emails to ask why it was not the same, but I have not received a reply. The customer service was very disappointing. I would hesitate to use the company again.

Never received order

Asked multiple times for a tracking number. Product never received, no reply to inquiries. Disputing charge with credit card.
