Perfect replacement cover

Love my Thermophore heating pad but needed a new cover. This one fits perfectly and works great. Customer service for this store is exceptional. I placed my order one afternoon and the package was on my doorstep the next day. Great follow through, too. Thank you!

No Moist Heat

Had a flannel cover previously. This fleece one doesn’t seem to help produce moist heat like the flannel one did. It still eventually helps my back muscle, but seems to take longer. Was unable to find a flannel replacement for my model.
