Thermophore Automatic Moist Heat Pad – Deep Penetrating Heat Therapy

Wanted to love it. Disappointed.

After enjoying a succession of 5-6 full size Thermaphore daily for 35 years, I purchased this mini for travel. The switch is hand held vs newer kind you click on for 5 minutes. That’d be okay but switch piece is bulky, unwieldily, not ergonomic. My hand shook with effort to hold button down for 2 minutes. Tried for 5 days. Disappointed & frustrated. Sadly, will return item. Gave generous 2 stars because it’s a great company and less would feel rude.

Temperature

I have an older one in a different state that gets much hotter, so I would rather have the extra heat. Delivery was great, company great to deal with, I think government regulations messed it up.
